What inspired you to start a wedding photography business?
We have always been passionate about photography and capturing special moments. As a husband and wife duo, we found that our unique combination of skills – my husband’s technical expertise in photography and my background in communication – made us the perfect team to start a wedding photography business. We wanted to create beautiful, timeless images that couples could treasure for a lifetime.
How many years of experience do you have in wedding photography and how many weddings have you photographed?
VikhyathMedia ( parent company of Nuptial Tales) was founded in 2011.
Kiran fell in love with photography in a very young age and began his photography journey assisting at his uncle’s photo studio, and quickly became the go-to photographer for college events and friends’ weddings.
With their wedding, Kiran and Devu decided to incorporate VikhyathMedia, and thus started a new era of candid wedding photography in Trivandrum. Since then, they have had the privilege of capturing more than 500 love stories across the world and look forward to being a part of many more.
We have experience with a wide range of wedding styles and are constantly in awe of the beauty and grandeur of Indian weddings.

From teenage, Kiran Chandran has always been passionate about frames, lights and colour. He started nurturing this talent during his college days. A Dreamer turned Marketer!
A travel addict, Devu is the perfect partner for Kiran in setting up his dream company, VikhyathMedia. As they decided to start their life together, the first goal was to establish this organisation and second to visit every possible part of the world. A Digital Marketer by profession, Devu Sukumar takes care of anything and everything you see about VikhyathMedia on the internet. Her interest in writing and journalism has added the extra spice of photojournalistic style presentation of some unique wedding videos.
