Natives of Kerala, Priya and Vicky met each other in Dubai. They wanted their wedding to be simple, intimate and far from all hustle and bustle of Dubai city. Goa was their perfect choice for the destination wedding as their close friends and relatives in India could also fly in.
After 2-3 brief conf calls, Priya and Vicky decided to choose us as their destination wedding photographers. Joecons resort was the venue for wedding reception after a serene wedding ceremony at a heritage church in Goa. Though the wedding and the reception was all over in one day, it was a perfect wedding altogether. More than a photography team assigned to cover the day, the couple made sure that we are part of the family itself.
Priya wore a mermaid wedding gown with perfect make up and minimal diamond jewelry that complimented the dress so well. The lavender colored floral bow accentuated her beauty. Topped with a white veil, Priya transformed to a beautiful christian bride. Vicky wore a white shirt and black suit. Well trimmed small beard and the perfect bow tie made him the dashing groom of the day.
Both parents looked so happy on this special day of their children. We got some cool insta-worthy images while they appreciated the new bride and groom.
The decades old church is indeed one advantage of getting married in Goa. Perfect architecture that adds to the beauty of a church wedding. As the wedding got solemnized, a vintage car was waiting for the newly weds to drive back to the resort. On the way back, we made sure the couple had quick shoot at the most amazing feature of Goa, the beach. A nice short getaway just before the wedding reception. We got some amazing shots of the bride and the groom at one of the exotic beaches in India.
As the twilight approached, the guests were all present at Joecons to welcome the newly weds to celebrate their union. Accompanied by fireworks, they were given a warm welcome. Priya and Vicky staged their first dance and must say it was just marvellous! With the customary cake and champagne, the celebrations began. Priya being a wonderful dancer, she made sure everyone danced on her big day.
