Kerala Hindu weddings are known for being short, quick and very calm, compared to other Indian Weddings. Next to Guruvayur, probably Attukal temple in Trivandrum witness a lot of weddings in the state. Devotees in Trivandrum believe that it’s auspicious to get married at Attukal temple. A common practice in Trivandrum weddings is to have a thalikettu at the temple and conduct rest of the ceremony and lunch at an auditorium. This couple got married at the temple and had their wedding ceremony at Vaikundam Auditorium near Sree Padmanabha Swamy temple.
